Skipper Bar Kasi Kulture: Dickies Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by Skipper Bar, a division of the Studio 88 Group of Companies.

2. Competition Period

The competition will run from 12 August 2025 at 00:01 and end on 17 August 2025 at 23:59. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents only.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Skipper Bar, Studio 88 Group, their immediate families, or any affiliated partners may not enter the competition.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition:

• Share a photo of your Skipper Bar outfit.
• Mention the era or year when you bought it (e.g., “2009 – Matric dance fit!”).
• Post your entry on Instagram or Facebook and tag @skipperbar_sa.
• Use the hashtag #SkipperBarKasiCulture in your caption.

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that the image is their own and that they have the right to share it publicly.

5. Reward

• Participants who post valid entries as described above will receive a 20% discount voucher for use on Skipper Bar’s official online store.
• The discount is valid for one-time use only, applicable to online purchases only until 12 October, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or sales.
• The selected winners will be notified via DM (Direct Message).
• Skipper Bar reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any post and to decline a reward if fraud or manipulation is suspected.

6. General Conditions

• Only one discount voucher per person will be issued, regardless of the number of entries.
• By participating, entrants agree to Skipper Bar reposting, sharing, or using the submitted content for promotional purposes across digital and social platforms.
• Discount vouchers may have expiry dates.
• Skipper Bar reserves the right to change or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

By entering, participants consent to Skipper Bar processing their personal data (such as usernames or contact info) for purposes of administering this promotion. No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skipper Bar will not be responsible for any:

• Lost, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries;
